According to a YouGov survey, customer service messengers are becoming increasingly important for companies. While around 81% of companies still rely on the good old email and 76% on the phone, 58% want to integrate Messenger Apps into their customer communications and customer service in the future. After all, 21% of the companies surveyed already use Messenger Apps for their customer service. This is a very gratifying result. We are working on increasing this figure.
